A Napa Valley native, being born and raised in St.Helena, Clay has had a love for food and wine from a young age. Starting his career at Martini House in St.Helena twelve years ago, the fast pace of a restaurant instantly drew him in. A love for snowboarding took him to Vail, Colorado and Jackson Hole, Wyoming for four years each to further his fine dining skill set and wine knowledge. Returning to the valley in 2016, Clay is joining the team ready to further the standard of excellence Napa Valley Bistro is known for.
